Late night doodles
Yes, up late and making marks on paper, today I’m rocking a red sharpie, a red dry erase and a red Windsor Newton watercolor maker. Dogs and peaceshocka for pages. All tiny little thorny. Small micro dogs stitched and fat. Dogs thin tiny little… again and again. lots of red. Peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace….all red then I switch to using a strange black ink brush pen, foam tip style… not my fave, it might be a bit dry.

Update: Dog Head is Done… Final paint job and some minor fabrications to the base, it is now wall mountable. Cardboard head
Dire wolf head for the wall. I started with my dog as a model, and tried to keep it simple. Also keeping supplies simple: a pencil, a box cutter, t square, Elmer’s glue and some scotch tape. – I quickly sketched my dog, Maggie’s profile. In the picture below you can see it cut out. I used the two profilesI cut to guide the build. Internal supports where added to so pieces could be built independently them jointed after they where ridged. This is the the head now, I plan to smooth and paint while maintaining a very square profile. …
